Image Making

Jewellery photography

Jewellery lives or dies on detail — the sparkle, the metal, the engraving a customer leans in to see. We control reflections and use focus stacking to hold the whole piece sharp, so the image carries the same desire as the piece in the hand.

01

Elevate your images

Jewellery is the hardest product to photograph honestly: it is small, it is reflective and it is bought on detail. We light it so the stone reads as the stone and the metal reads as the metal.

02

Advanced post-production

Focus stacking, reflection control and colour fidelity. The customer who receives the piece should recognise the photograph that sold it to them.

03

Built for catalogues

Hundreds of references with the same light, the same angle and the same colour. Consistency across a catalogue is a production problem, and we solve it with process, not with luck. We even rename the files to drop straight into your systems.

FAQ

Why is jewellery photography priced differently?

Because the time per shot is different. A ring can need dozens of exposures stacked into one image to stay sharp from the front facet to the back of the band. That is the work you are paying for.

Can you photograph pieces you cannot ship to us?

Yes. We are used to working with high-value pieces under the owner's conditions, including shooting at your premises when the piece cannot travel.

Will the colour of the stone be accurate?

That is the whole point. We control colour on capture and verify it in post-production, because a returned order over a colour that did not match costs more than the photograph.
